Who We Are

Picture Pilot is operated by Collins Creative House LLC. This policy describes how we handle your data when you use picturepilot.io.

What Data We Access

• Microsoft account info: Your name and email address, used to display who is signed in.
• OneDrive photo metadata: Filenames, dates, dimensions, camera info, and folder paths — used to analyze and organize your library.
• Photo thumbnails: Small preview images loaded from OneDrive for display and analysis in your browser.

Client-Side Processing

Photo analysis (blur detection, screenshot detection, duplicate finding, perceptual hashing) runs entirely in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. Analysis results are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB database.

AI Processing

When you purchase AI features, photo thumbnails are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic processes these images to generate descriptions, tags, and suggested filenames. Per Anthropic's API terms, they do not use API inputs or outputs to train their models. No photo data is stored on our servers — it passes directly from your browser to Anthropic's API via our server-side proxy.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

Authentication Tokens

Microsoft authentication tokens are stored in your browser's session storage and are never sent to our servers. They are automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.

Local Storage

Analysis results, photo metadata, and scan state are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or by disconnecting your account within the app.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use analytics services or tracking cookies. No data about your usage is collected or shared with third parties beyond what is described above.

Data Deletion

To remove all your data: disconnect your Microsoft account within the app and clear your browser data. Any photos deleted through Picture Pilot are moved to your OneDrive recycle bin, where they remain recoverable for 30 days.
