Picture Pilot is provided by Collins Creative House LLC. By using picturepilot.io, you agree to these terms.
How the Service Works
Picture Pilot connects to your Microsoft OneDrive account to help you organize and clean up your photo library. The app follows a plan-then-apply model: you review all proposed changes before anything is modified on your OneDrive. Changes are only applied when you explicitly click "Apply."
File Modifications
Picture Pilot may rename, move, or delete files on your OneDrive, but only with your explicit approval. Deleted files are moved to your OneDrive recycle bin, where they remain recoverable for 30 days. You are responsible for reviewing all proposed changes before applying them.
AI Features
AI-powered features (photo analysis, smart renaming, content search, and chat-based editing) are paid features priced per scan. AI purchases are non-refundable as the service is consumed immediately upon purchase. AI analysis results are provided on a best-effort basis — we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated descriptions, tags, or file name suggestions.
Your Account
You must have legitimate access to the Microsoft OneDrive account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials.
No Warranty
Picture Pilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collins Creative House LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for AI features in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
